6. Periodic payments

By purchasing SIMDATAGROUP products, services or content through a subscription (for example, monthly, quarterly or annually, as applicable), the User acknowledges and agrees that they authorize the corresponding periodic payment for the same, and that payments will be made to SIMDATAGROUP at through the method that the User has chosen at the corresponding periodic intervals, until the User or SIMDATAGROUP terminates the subscription, or said termination occurs in accordance with the terms stipulated in the Terms and Conditions and/or the Service Provision Agreement. 10. Automatic renewal selection

In the event that any part of these Terms and Conditions or any of the other legends is declared invalid by any judicial authority, the rest of its parts will maintain full validity and validity in all cases where this is possible, SIMDATAGROUP reserves the right right to integrate and interpret the parts not declared invalid by said authority.

23. Consent by electronic means and electronic signature

The Parties in this act expressly recognize and accept that this document, as well as any consent, approval or other documents related to it, is and may be celebrated, either by handwritten signature, or by Electronic Means and Electronic Signature, Any of these being binding, valid and effective, for all legal purposes that may apply. Each of the Parties will be responsible for preserving the contract and its signed accessory documents. In this sense, the parties will consider the signed documentation as received upon receipt through the Docu-sign, Zap-Sign, Adobe Sign and/or any other system that SIMDATAGROUP uses for this purpose.
